It was noted in Mr. Morris' absence that Mr. Karge <br />wouM act as Chair for this evening's meeting. <br /> <br />SUSHI TAKE OUT RESTAURANT. DUI'CHESS SHOPPING PLAZA <br />First on the agenda was the informal appearance of Mr. Ri Song with a proposal to have a Sushi <br />take out restaurant in the Dutchess Shopping Plaza. Mr. Song stated he would be having strictly <br />take out. There would be no buffet style serving. Mr. Song presented a preliminary sketch. He <br />stated there may be approximately 10 seats. Mr. Alfonso stated that applicant should have <br />brought in a drawing of what exactly he wanted to do in the space. Mr. Karge informed <br />applicant that he would have to come back to the Planning Board with a drawing showing the <br />layout of the space. <br /> <br />CIVIL TECHNOLOGYt 8 SOUTH A VENUE <br />Next on the agena~t was the appearance of Eugene Ninnie with an amended site plan for his <br />parcel at the above address. Mr. Karge stated that there were some people who <br />were taken by surprise that he had taken down the entire building as this was not part of the <br />original site plan. Applicant stated he ran into some structural problems. One was when he <br />uncovered the inside of the building the block had ~ inch joints going down to nothing. There <br />was no way he could certify this to the bank There was no way that the block could hold a <br />second story. Also he needed to keep on working with his present contractor who would be able <br />to demolish the building at this time. Mr. Alfonso asked if there were any other changes and <br />applicant stated when he had to backfill the building and he had to raise it up by one corsing <br /> <br /> <br />
