<br />MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD MEETING HELD 2/1/07 <br /> <br /> <br />Present: Tom Morris, Chairman, Rob Alfonso, Vice Chairman, George Kolb, <br />George Moran, Lisa Firstenberg and Mary Ann Loncto, Secretary <br /> <br />Absent: Don McCormick <br /> <br />Others Present: <br /> Jay Paggi Michele Greig <br /> Bob Juliano Carlo Pideta <br /> Gabrielle Owen Dennis Craig <br /> Joe Podora Lou Snell <br /> Jennifer Van Tuyl Steve Tinkleman <br /> Rachel Castro Mike Collier <br /> Eric Neiler Jim Horan <br /> Peter Setaro Allen Fistenberg <br /> Matt Alexander <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the <br />minutes of the January 4, 2007 as amended. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moran. <br />Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />BODAR PROPERTIES, INC. 2776 WEST MAIN STREET <br />First on the agenda was the proposal for a sign at 2776 West Main Street. Mr. Juliano <br />stated existing is a blank slat on the already approved road sign and they want to be able <br />to have interchangeable letters on it. The letters will be black. Mr. Juliano presented the <br />Board with a color sample of the background. The size of the sign will be 18” x 84” and <br />it will not be internally lit. <br /> <br />Mr. Alfonso made a motion to approve the sign contingent upon: (1) completed sign <br />permit application and (2) fee being paid. Mr. Kolb seconded the motion. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />WAPPINGERS AUTO SALES, 6 MARSHALL ROAD <br />Next on the agenda was the change of ownership for car dealership and also change of <br />sign for 6 Marshall Road. Mr. Morris read a letter dated December 12, 2002 which lists <br />the contingencies placed on the previous owner. These contingencies are: (1)No more <br />than 15 vehicles allowed on site – please be advised that this will be strictly enforced and <br />if not in conformance – legal action will be taken, (2) no vehicles on site without being <br />able to turn a key to start, (3) no outside storage of vehicle parts and (4) no mechanical <br />work allowed on site. New owner agreed to the above contingencies and Mr. Alfonso <br />made a motion for new ownership contingent upon above contingencies, seconded by Mr. <br />Moran.
