Mr. Morris went on to state that according to the Planning Board's impression – when they
were dealing with the Bostwick application – all his activities were to be contained on his property and
this sounds like that was not the case. Mrs. Restivo (Vice president of the Board of Managers for
Rockhill) stated the fence in question is entirely on the Rockhill property and it belongs to Rockhill.
Mr. Morris stated the Planning Board needs to contact Mr. Bostwick and let him know that the
Planning Board was not aware that the fence was on Rockhill's property and have Mr. Bostwick contact
Mrs. Restivo and work out a mutually agreeable solution or their final C/O will not be issued. Mr.
Kolb then asked if Mr. Bostwick submitted an as built of the project and secretary stated the plan that is
in the file is the only plan the building office has and it was the plan that the former Building Inspector
issued his C/O on. Mrs. Restivo stated that she did speak with Mr. Brutting a few times during the
construction phase and he told Mrs. Restivo that all plans were approved by the Planning Board and
that was what he was basing his inspections on and Mr. Bostwick would only get a C/O when all work
according to the site plan was complete.

VETERANS FIELD, NORTH MESIER AVENUE
Discussion with Trustee Calabrese to discuss painting the block building at Vets Field and installing
lighting.
